Before June 22, 2025:
Log in to the ATTD Education Portal or register first if you don’t have an account.
Register using the same email address as your ATTD Conference registration.
Select “Diabetes” as your main field of interest.
- Once logged in, go to “ONLINE LEARNING”, and click on the CME/CPD certificate banner on the landing page.
- Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
- Complete the credit claim form and submit it.
- Your CME/CPD certificate will be available for download; retain it for your records.
To generate the certificate after completing the anonymous survey, you must provide your username and registration ID provided in your registration email.

Password: registration ID
Kindly note that the ATTD online evaluation will only be active from the last day of the Conference.
