Sara Karnehed, RN, MSc, is a doctoral student in Health and Lifestyle at Halmstad University, Sweden. Her research examines how digital technologies reshape home healthcare nursing practice, work environment, and patient care. Her interests include nurse-involved AI implementation, and evaluation that prioritize minutes returned to care, patient experience, and safety. Her recent publication “Navigating artificial intelligence in home healthcare” examines nurses’ perceptions of opportunities and challenges when integrating AI into wound care.
